Terms of Service
GENERAL
By commissioning me, you are accepting these following terms:
1. I will not copy anyone's artstyles and strictly work with my own.
2. My artwork can't be used for NFT, Cryptocurrency or AI / LLM databanks. You may not feed my art into a machine to replicate my style or art in any capacity.PAYMENTS
Payment is due upfront. I will only start working once the payment has gone through.REVISIONS
If I made an error on your character's design, it will be revised for free of charge.Please note that the character's references needs to have any and all important details marked down in order to qualify for a revision. If you have an alternate design or an aspect that you do not share and therefore I could not know, you will not be given a free revision. Other than fixing character based errors, I will not make additional revisions to the finalized artwork.Completion
The Art will be completed within 40 days after payment. If I am belated due to an emergency, I will issue refunds. Timely delivery is very important to me.USE
You will not claim that you created my artwork.If you are to repost the artwork on other sites, please credit me as the artist.You may not add your own signature to the artwork. Finished artwork is only to be sold as merchandise if the commercial fee has been paid.You may add various photo filters, draw over the artwork, crop the artwork, use it as a banner, and add a background to artwork you have specifically purchased from me as long as credit is still provided.REFUNDS
Refunds will only be issued if I cannot deliver the artwork in a timely manner. If the work has been completed, the artwork is non-refundable. If the work is unsatisfactory and I have not completed it, I will issue 50% of the original price as a refund.CHARACTER DESIGNS
You may use character designs commercially and in monetized content. This, however, does not include the original image the character was sold with.
